Salmon

This is a great recipe to try when hosting a crowd. Salmon is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, known to support heart health, brain function, and overall well-being.

INGREDIENTS: 
Side of salmon 
2 tbsp tahini 
Chopped parsley 
Crushed pistachios 
Pomegranate 
2 tbsp lemon juice 

METHOD: 
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Spread the tahini on top of the salmon.
3. Bake the salmon on a lined cookie sheet for 15-20 mins (depending on how well-done you like it).
4. Mix the remaining ingredients together and top the salmon with the mixture once cooled.
