This wholesome recipe is a twist on the classic French toast, bringing you all the delightful flavours of the original favourite while nourishing your body with goodness.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Ezekiel English muffin
1 egg/3 egg whites
2 tbsp almond milk
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp stevia
METHOD:
1. Whisk the egg/egg whites in a bowl with almond milk, cinnamon and stevia
2. Soak the English muffin in this for 20 seconds on each side
3. Cook in a pan till brown, flip and cook the other side
4. Enjoy with any toppings! I like adding Greek yoghurt for extra protein and some frozen berries for even more fibre.
