Indulge in this healthier chocolate bark, featuring dark chocolate and nutrient-packed nuts for a deliciously satisfying and nourishing snack.
INGREDIENTS:
50 g coconut oil
75 g cacao butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of salt
½ tsp coffee powder
Bark Toppings:
1 tbsp tahini
Dried rose petals
METHOD:
1. On a low heat, melt all the ingredients for the chocolate bark in a pan.
2. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
3. Pour the chocolate into a dish lined with baking paper.
4. Put it in the fridge for a few minutes to set.
5. Swirl in the tahini and top with rose petals.
6. Freeze till set (about 45 minutes).
7. Break up into pieces and enjoy!
