Chocolate Bark

Indulge in this healthier chocolate bark, featuring dark chocolate and nutrient-packed nuts for a deliciously satisfying and nourishing snack.

INGREDIENTS: ⁠⁠
50 g coconut oil⁠⁠
75 g cacao butter⁠⁠
1 tbsp maple syrup ⁠
2 tbsp cacao powder⁠⁠
Pinch of salt ⁠⁠
½ tsp coffee powder ⁠⁠
⁠⁠
Bark Toppings:⁠⁠
1 tbsp tahini ⁠⁠
Dried rose petals ⁠⁠
⁠⁠
METHOD: ⁠⁠
1. On a low heat, melt all the ingredients for the chocolate bark in a pan. ⁠⁠
2. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature. ⁠⁠
3. Pour the chocolate into a dish lined with baking paper. ⁠⁠
4. Put it in the fridge for a few minutes to set.⁠⁠
5. Swirl in the tahini and top with rose petals.⁠⁠
6. Freeze till set (about 45 minutes).⁠⁠
7. Break up into pieces and enjoy!⁠⁠
